Sabrina Coates and Jennifer Holland are two southern ladies who love good design, smart fashion, fine wine and have a passion for real estate. Together they make a great team assisting clients through the home buying and selling process. Sabrina’s background of design and Jennifer’s education in advertising and marketing make the two a talented pair. From first time home buyers to luxury estates to equine properties, this team knows how to assist each and every client with professionalism and top-notch service.
Sabrina graduated from the University of North Texas in 2002 with a degree in Home Furnishings Merchandising and a minor in Business. After 10 years in the interior design business, pursuing her passion for helping people turn their houses into homes, she has combined her talents to join the real estate industry to assist people in finding the house to make a home. Sabrina specializes in residential and fine homes. Her design background helps her present opportunities to sellers in staging and preparing their homes for sale and aids her buyers by helping them to realize the potential in prospective properties. She loves the hunt to find her clients a home that meets and exceeds their expectations! Sabrina is a mom to two children, a son, and a daughter. She is a native of Parker County and enjoys serving the community she grew up in.
Jennifer Holland graduated from Texas Christian University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in advertising/public relations and a minor in business. Although Jennifer is a country girl at heart, she fell in love with the city of Fort Worth during her college years at TCU. Her business focuses on serving her clients in the Fort Worth residential area and west into Parker County. She has lived in Parker County for over 20 years and has grown up on a horse ranch where her family raises and trains cutting and reined cowhorses. With her extensive knowledge of the equine world, Jennifer is naturally drawn to farm and ranch real estate, specializing in equine properties. She serves on the board of directors of the Southwest Reined Cowhorse Association, which is a non-profit organization. In September of 2012, she acquired her real estate license to combine three of her passions into a business: people, horses and real estate.
