Growing up, Latham’s family owned Roughstock from 1977 to 2008, they produced rodeos all around the country. Latham graduated from Aledo high school and received a full-ride scholarship to play football at Tarleton State University. He was a four-year starter, three-time all-conference offensive lineman and was named team captain his senior year. Hard work and perseverance are in his DNA. In college he worked at an investment company that remodeled houses and bought and sold farm and ranch properties – this is where is has passion for real estate began to flourish. In addition to working in residential real estate, Latham also works in commercial construction throughout the DFW area.
Latham is engaged to fellow Williams Trew agent, Savannah Moody. With both Latham and Savannah working in real estate they understand the need to be as responsive as possible and Latham makes it a priority to get back to his clients within the hour. When Latham isn’t working or spending time with Savannah, he enjoys team roping, steer wrestling, strength training, and practicing Brazilian Jui-jitsu.
