Kate Asay grew up in beautiful Moorestown, New Jersey where her love of homes and real estate began at a young age. Being an engineer’s daughter, her family was transferred to the Clear Lake area of Houston, Texas during high school. She credits this experience as one that gives her extra sensitivity to her clients, who are making big moves and working through all the different dynamics involved. She has worked with many out-of-state clients, helping them make the Fort Worth area their new home.
Kate graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, where she met her husband Nathan. After graduation, she made the move to Fort Worth, where she immediately began a sales and marketing career in healthcare. She made the transition into real estate in 2007.
Kate specializes in residential real estate in the Greater Fort Worth area. She enjoys working with all clients, at all price points. Her strong sense of business has lent to success working within the investments and commercial sector of real estate as well. She focuses on solutions, with the belief that in most cases, there is a deal to be made with adequate due diligence and communication within a transaction. Kate is a branding enthusiast and a huge fan of utilizing the Internet and social media in her marketing. Impressions of her listings are virtually inescapable.

Her career has been featured in Fort Worth, Texas Magazine, Fort Worth Business Press, 360 West Magazine, Fort Worth Child Magazine, local newspapers, and on countless websites. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), the Fort Worth Association of Realtors (FWAR), is a Veteran Land Board Designee, and is also a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert.
Kate is a volunteer for The Salvation Army of DFW, as well as a committed contributor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Gathering Hope, Feed My Starving Children, Meals On Wheels of Tarrant County, Girl Scouts of America, and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. She has a passion for the arts and is a supporter of the Texas Ballet Theatre.
Kate resides in the Ridglea Hills area of Fort Worth with her husband Nathan, two children, and their beloved dog Louis (@louisthewestiedog). In her free time, she enjoys spending time at her family’s lake house, traveling, and spending time with her friends.
