Julie Dawson is a trusted source of information for her clients. Over the course of her
career she has gained wisdom and insight to not only anticipate the needs of those she
is honored to call clients, but she is a skilled negotiator and tenacious in her pursuit of
Julie began her career as a buyer in the corporate offices of some of the top clothing
brands in New York City and Los Angeles. It was during this time she learned how
to perform under stressful situations as well as, how to incorporate past
trends with extensive research in order to predict positive outcomes. Julie then moved
back to Texas to accept the role of Executive Director of the Texas Rose Festival
Association and Tyler Rose Museum. This position required
building trusted relationships while maintaining a tactical approach to achieving
organizational goals. These skillsets are the foundation of her real estate career today.
Julie moved to Fort Worth in 2017 with her husband and their two daughters. Her
husband, Trent, works at Southside Bank and their girls attend Overton Elementary.
Julie serves on the PTA, is a sustaining member of Junior League of Fort Worth and
teaches Sunday School at First United Methodist Church. When she isn’t working, she
enjoys biking along the Trinity Trails, knitting and cooking.
