David Mann is a consummate professional who goes above and beyond for his clients. He is detail oriented, methodical and a strong communicator. There is a calming presence to David, which is a great benefit to his clients in helping to manage the sometime stressful situations throughout real estate transactions. David takes great pride in being kind to everyone and holds himself to a high standard as he wants all of his clients to “expect the extraordinary.”
Before getting into real estate, David was a pilot in the Air Force and Southwest Airlines for over 38 years. That experience taught him many valuable skillsets and life lessons. Just as he would take great care of his passengers and make sure they arrived at their destination safely, he goes to great lengths to make sure his clients are confident the transaction is handled the right way, that they achieve their goals and they enjoyed the process along the way.
Before David became a pilot, he received his BS in General Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and later his MS in Counseling & Human Development from Troy State University. When David sets his mind to something, he is going to see it through. Which is why David also went through training and received certifications as both a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). He continues to study the real estate market daily to stay on top of trends and be able to provide his clients the best advice possible.
David is married to Marche Ann, who enjoyed a successful career in real estate herself with Ebby Halliday. They have one son and four grandchildren. When David isn’t working, he enjoys cooking, traveling abroad, reuniting with his Air Force Academy friends and biking along the Trinity Trails. He also is a volunteer as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA) and he is an expert rules official for the United States Golf Association.
If you are looking for a real estate expert who is thorough, thoughtful and quick-witted you should contact David today, he would love to be of assistance.
